Your Find My Tradie Listing
Short and simple. This is the whole agreement between National Sales Corp Pty Ltd (ACN 670 131 174, ABN 48 670 131 174), trading as FindMyTradie.AU ("we"), and the business named below ("you").
1. What you get
A listing for your business on findmytradie.au, where homeowners search for local tradies.
2. Price
$19 a month, including GST, paid monthly in advance by direct debit through GoCardless. It starts on the day you accept this agreement.
3. No lock-in
No contract term, no setup fee, no cancellation fee and no notice period. Cancel any time by emailing info@findmytradie.au. Debits stop straight away, and your listing stays live until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part months.
4. Your listing
You keep your details accurate and hold any licences and insurance your work needs. We can remove a listing that is false, offensive or unlawful.
5. We're a directory
Customers deal with you directly. We're not part of any job, and we can't guarantee leads or work.
6. Price changes
We'll email you at least 30 days before any price change, so you can cancel if you like.
7. Liability
Nothing here takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
8. Privacy and law
We handle your information under our Privacy Policy at https://findmytradie.au/privacy/. NSW law applies.
Acceptance
By ticking "I agree" and typing your name online you accept this agreement on behalf of your business.
